This quiet little motel is set in gorgeous lush gardens and is a 10 minute drive from the Darwin foreshore. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is off-street parking and a pool area with barbecue. Great value!

We really appreciated the week stay, the property maybe a little older but it makes up for that in so many ways, was clean and tidy, it's Great Location close to city, Parap and FannieBay shop's, the staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly and great customer service. We had the three person room, as there was three of us that stayed and it had everything we needed and the air conditioner was nice and cold and the bed was cosy. They have a laundry and kitchen onsite and that helps. There's a pool and BBQ area also. Was a great stay, will recommend to family and friend's. It's a great place to stay.

Fresh linen, good tv, pool, parking. Bath in the original bathroom. Share kitchen, $4 laundry. Staff were helpful. Very quiet building.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Paravista Motel! The owner was super friendly and very helpful, went out and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Very peaceful place, walking distance to the local pub, bakery’s, and the beach front! The managers were always up for a chat and helpful in pointing us in the right direction for attractions and any extras needed for our room. The family friendly pool and BBQ facilities are a great addition to soak up the sun and live the Aussie dream! Great experience to top off my first time visiting Darwin, can’t recommend this great priced accommodation anymore. Kind regards, Parris!

Stayed here with two friends and we were treated so well. The people at the front desk were always asking if we needed anything and did their best to make our stay great. We booked a room for a week and enjoyed the pool and kitchen so much. Everything is really clean, just a bit far from the city but the bus stop was really close. Thank you!!

Had the pleasure of staying in The Paravista Motel for 6 weeks. Shane & staff couldn’t have done more for us during our stay. Staff wore helpful and friendly. Our room was a queen room very spacious bathroom was perfect size, large wardrobes and our own fridge in the room. The kitchen had everything and more than what was needed. Outdoor pool was lovely. They really care about the place as Shane was renovating & making sure all rooms wore up to date and perfect for on coming guests. I definitely will be back. Thank you Paravista

Good location, just outside of busy cbd but only 10 mins or under drive away from most places. Free safe parking in their lot! Staff were lovely and let me have a late check out free of charge. Cute little kitchen which made it easy to just do a little snack prep before we headed out for the day! It is a budget option, and you get what you pay for (in a good way!), and overall really liked it! Only stayed a few days, but could see how it would be really good for longer trips!
